I was tasked with helping Magnite to quickly do an overhaul on the entire look and feel of their site and its content— on a compressed timeline leading up to the holidays.

In my experience, working with a site you didn’t originally build is never straightforward. However, I needed to not only work with my developer to implement all of the design changes to be pixel-perfect, I also had to facilitate working with another outside dev agency who was simultaneously working on other scopes of work— in the same staging environments. We had to work in a site with a highly customized backend, as well as accommodate another dev shop’s practices as we went.

It may have been down to the wire- but my team got the redesign implemented and deployed before the holidays for their press event. I successfully organized across development teams with competing priorities and different working practices to minimize merge conflicts, and in the process earned a loyal client who continued to come back for more!
