Mighty Earth

Mighty Earth, a global environmental advocacy organization, needed a digital overhaul to effectively mobilize and engage their audience around critical environmental issues. I led the comprehensive design and development of their revamped website, ensuring it served as a powerful tool for advocacy and action.

The project presented several challenges to solve for, including the need to balance a compelling, user-friendly design and intuitive content strategy with the organization’s extensive content requirements. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different time zones required careful planning and communication. My project management expertise was crucial. I consolidated timelines, overlapping phases and running activities in parallel where possible, and held regular check-ins with Mighty Earth’s team. This collaborative approach enabled efficient decision-making and problem-solving throughout.

The redesigned website successfully launched on time and under budget, significantly enhancing user experience and engagement. The site now serves as a central hub for Mighty Earth’s advocacy efforts, with improved navigation and a more intuitive user interface. The project was a key factor in elevating Mighty Earth’s digital presence, allowing them to better mobilize supporters and advocate for environmental change.
